That’s HK designer Ponny Yeung’s quote on ex-husband HK actor Joel Chan and his new gf Florinda Ho (in photo), daughter of Macau gaming tycoon Stanley Ho.

Joel is 38 while she is 22. He is now the envy of his colleagues who think he hit the jackpot. Can’t really blame them.

Apple Daily says Joel’s monthly salary from TVB is HK$20,000 (about US$2,600), but he lives in Parkview, a luxurious residential complex where rent is more than HK$100,000 a month. Hmmm, how can he afford that? Of course he’d have endorsements too but maybe with a little help from the poker tables as well?
