We checked out Din Tai Fung at the CentralWorld in Bangkok. They were just on their soft launch but the food, especially the famed xiao long-bao with their delicate 18 folds, was yummy! There was already a queue even if they haven’t officially opened yet; you’re given a number and an order form so you can choose what to eat while waiting. Of course, aside from the xiao long bao, don’t miss the sesame noodles and Taiwan’s pork cutlet.
